Have you ever forgotten to greet a customer or read the transcript before asking the appropriate questions?

If that’s the case, then this course is for you! This course aims to give you the tools to improve your conversational skills by greeting customers correctly via the chat function in FreshChat.

Why is this important?
Good communication skills will help you have a successful dialogue when handling chat contacts. This, in turn, allows us to build trust with our customers and articulate needs, expectations, and any challenges. Last but not least, it will help you meet the Quality Assurance standards (QA) and improve your quality score.
